I’m sick of the endless kaiju disasters, and I’m sick of the magical girls they keep dragging into this hospital.
So, for one week, you’ll be acting as the director of this hospital.
Don’t worry. It’s simple.
When a magical girl is brought in, accept her, examine her, and treat her.
That’s all there is to it.
If it feels like too much trouble, you can refuse them too.

Each patient may be suffering from a different hidden condition, such as physical trauma, internal damage, poisoning, mental instability, or magical contamination. The correct answer is not shown directly. You must infer what is wrong from examination results, dialogue, appearance, documents, and other clues, then choose the appropriate treatment.
