Firework — китайская хоррор-головоломка от Shiying Studio о расследовании давнего дела о резне в отдалённой горной деревне, которое приходится открыть заново после случайного пожара на похоронах. Молодой полицейский Линь Лисюнь по стечению обстоятельств присоединяется к расследованию, и чем глубже он копает, тем яснее проступает прошлое жертв — и тем более запутанным кажется само дело. Атмосфера строится на акварельном стиле и восточных мотивах ужаса без резких скримеров: страх здесь скорее витает в воздухе, чем выпрыгивает из-за угла.
